if i was you, which i am basically because i was diagnosed with juvenile type 1 diabetes about 17 years ago, I would do like i did for a while. treat food as worship to the MOST HIGH. Completely rid your diet of all sugar where possible. Of course most things have sugar content ,but if you are anything like me, you enjoy the sweets. Think of it as fasting. look at the teaching Elder Rawchaa has done on the power and importance of fasting. Then set your mind to abstaining from all sweets. Treat eating as a form of worship to THE MOST HIGH. Eat only what you need, and not what you want. Slowly begin to limit the amount of bread, and starches in your diet. Start implementing more vegetables, and greens. Eat things with no sugar or very low sugar. It is much easier to say than it is to do, but i promise, if you can stick to it for a couple weeks, it will get much easier. Especially once you see the difference in your health all around, you will be able to stick to it. Email me at j.webbinfo@gmail.com if you still want laid out meal plans. i know how hard it is brother. we can do it though. Think of it as a blessing too, because the time is coming when we won’t be able to eat what we want, and will need to survive on very little, so treat this as rehearsal for the days ahead, ALL PRAISES to THE MOST HIGH in the name of HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN.

This information is very helpful with my struggles with my blood sugars level. However, do anyone have a full menu on meals to eat on a daily basis that will control my diabetes?
